There are basically three types of entries * Valid – where the entry was made correctly, only numeric used * Invalid – where special character was used (@ # $ % &) * Unplayable – where the game for that particular over could not be played (weather/political/team getting all out)

    Exceptions:

If you send in complete entries, ie –only 3 numeric instead of 6, then the system will consider the balance as 0 Eg – your entry = 123, then the system will read it as 123000

If you send blank entries, then the system will consider as 000000

    About Entries
    1. One can send a total of 20 entries per innings. Entries once sent cannot be cancelled or changed You can send multiple entries for a particular over from your quota of 20 entries per innings. All entries received would be considered for the over that is going to be bowled next for that innings. Entries will be accepted after the toss for every match of the tournament. The last time for us to accept an entry for a particular over is “before the bowler balls the first ball”. We strictly go by the time stamp of the game engine. Thus, it is not when you send the sms but when we receive it. Thus, we request you to send the entries as soon as you can. Delay might qualify your entry for the next over rather than for the over it was intended for.
    Prize Pool Contribution
    1. Every valid entry that we receive for this game Rs. 2 is added to the prize pool. In case the actual pool size is less than the minimum pool then we will put extra money in to the pool from our side to ensure the minimum pool size for each over. In case there are more than one winner, then, the prize pool will be equally distributed among all the winners. In case there are no winners for a particular over, the entire prize pool amount for that particular over rolls over to the next over. If it is the last over of the match and no one wins, then the prize pool will roll over to the next available 6up match to be confirmed by iplayup management. Whenever you send an entry, you will receive a confirmation sms which would give you the details of the prize pool amount.

  • However, if you are not in the tax bracket, you can always claim a refund from the Income Tax Dept. as we will be sending you a TDS certificate.
  • General Queries:

Will runs by “overthrow” and “leg-bye” be considered as part of the score?

  • Yes, all runs scored from valid balls will be considered
  • In case there are No ball/ Wide ball as well, then can we predict for more than 6 balls in an over including these?

  • No, as any ball that causes another ball to be bowled is not counted for this game thus these are not considered as valid balls of an over. Please note that the entries need to be sent for the 6 valid balls of an over only.
  • If we do receive any entry with more than the 6 valid balls, then we will consider the first 6 runs predicted, as the entry for that over in the game.
  • My cheque has expired, what should I do? I am ready to pay for the charges for new check issuance can you send me a new one?
